Shipping and packaging
Hot Girl Labs reviews each laboratory research order before fulfillment. Shipment timing begins after manual payment validation, not at cart submission.
Same-day shipping is available for eligible reviewed orders when payment is validated before the daily fulfillment cutoff. Orders cleared after cutoff move to the next business day.
Free shipping is applied automatically when the order subtotal is $50 or more.
Packages are prepared plainly and checked against order, SKU, and batch records. Materials are not labeled or marketed for consumer, human, animal, cosmetic, food, or veterinary use.
Domestic transit windows vary by carrier and destination. If a package is delayed, damaged, or misdelivered, contact support with the order ID and shipment details so the issue can be reviewed.
Free shipping
Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.
Payment validation
Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle payment is manually validated before fulfillment moves forward.
Same-day shipping
Eligible reviewed orders ship the same day when payment is validated before the daily fulfillment cutoff; later approvals move to the next business day.
Pick and pack
Research Grade materials are matched against SKU, variant, and batch records before packing in plain outer packaging.
Documentation
Batch documentation and independent laboratory analysis references are maintained for internal review and support workflows.
