Research purchasing questions
Who can purchase?
Only registered users who confirm age, qualified buyer status, and lawful laboratory research intent may browse and place orders.
What does Research Grade mean?
Research Grade means materials are positioned for qualified in vitro laboratory research workflows only, with batch-aware records and supplier audit practices. It does not imply human, animal, clinical, therapeutic, food, cosmetic, or veterinary suitability.
Are products for human or animal use?
No. All catalog materials are restricted to in vitro laboratory research and analytical work.
Do you provide use guidance?
No. The shop does not provide dosing, preparation, administration, treatment, or application instructions.
How do you review material quality?
Hot Girl Labs frequently audits manufacturers' peptide materials through independent laboratories and maintains batch-aware records for internal quality review.
How does order review work?
Checkout creates a pending order. The order is reviewed before payment instructions are sent, and status updates appear in your account.
Do discounts apply automatically?
No. Eligible $100+ and $200+ order adjustments are processed during checkout review before payment instructions are sent.
When is shipping free?
Shipping is free when the order subtotal is $50 or more.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Eligible reviewed orders ship the same day when payment is validated before the daily fulfillment cutoff. Orders cleared after cutoff move to the next business day.
Which payment methods are supported?
Hot Girl Labs currently supports Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. Card and PayPal checkout are not active payment options.
How are shipments packed?
Orders are packed plainly with material identifiers and batch documentation references. Shipment contents are not presented as consumer products.
What if a shipment arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and contact support with your order ID and photos. Damaged or incorrect shipments are reviewed for replacement eligibility.
Can I return opened materials?
Opened research materials are not returnable. Cancellation and replacement eligibility are handled under the refund and shipping policies.
How do I reset account access?
Use the forgot-password page from the account form. Recovery links establish a secure account session before allowing password updates.
